We would never want you to have to refund one of our lovely handmade items. However in some circumstances this may happen. As all items are handmade from design to finish we can only refund or exchange faulty goods.
Please always check our size guide on the site or on our social media page before you do purchase so you order the correct size.
If an item you received is faulty please send us an email to email@example.com with a picture of the faulty garment (within 5 days of receiving the unworn item) and we can refund you the delivery charge to post the item back to us for an exchange for the exact same item. Or offer you a full refund or gift voucher to spend in our store.
All sale items are non-refundable as they are at a reduced price.
